I put up our flyer for the house today. A good marketing piece in my humble opinion. There are three other houses on our street selling for less, but none of them are as nice on the outside. So I think ours is the best value, but it will be interesting to see what the market says.

My sister Sarah came over for dinner tonight, which was very nice to catch up. Both she and Claire have been going on dates in the past months, which is not typical for them interesting...

A long time with out blogging. Since I last blogged I have turned a year older. I also went to Vegas and the Grand Canyon, and had a great time. Got to stay in the Venetian for work, then went to Hoover Dam, the Canyon, and back to Vegas. Won some money on the blackjack table, lost some in a poker tournament but had an awesome time. A great trip.

I have been real busy putting the house on the market. Last week I would work all day (from home fortunately) then start working on the house at 5pm until dark, and then finish up my day of work.

We stuck a for sale by owner sign in our yard today. I guess that puts it on the market.
