28 hours until GT kicks off against Notre Dame! All the hype around ND, and few are picking Tech to win. Many are picking ND in the National Championship game, so I would LOVE for Tech to bring ND back to earth. I really can't wait.

I played in my first online poker tournament last night. It was at PartyPoker.net, which you do not bet real money and the tournaments are free. There are sites where you can bet for real but technically online gamling is illegal. I don't agree with that law. (That's Libertarian, not Republican for you folks playing at home.) So in this tourney - out of 5000 participants, I finished 11th place. Beginner's luck I suppose. I won free entry to another free tourney that does have prizes which is pretty cool. It was a lot of fun, and something I'm going to have to try again soon.

Today was supposed to be an official company day off work, but I ended up working 5 or so hours. I'll just try to take it easy next Friday.
